Data controller

Progdata AS, org. no. 920 054 579, Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to post@progdata.no.

What data do we collect?

We collect the information you send us by email or when you book a meeting: name, email address and any message content. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking tools.

Your choice of colour theme and language is stored in your browser. See «Cookies and local storage» below.

Purpose and legal basis

Information from emails and meeting bookings is used only to respond to enquiries and for any follow-up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Storage and deletion

Enquiries by email are kept for as long as needed for follow-up, and are then deleted. Meeting bookings are handled by Cal.com and deleted in line with their policies.

Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The following third parties process data on our behalf as data processors:

• Cal.com – booking calendar. Name and email address are shared when you book a meeting. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365 – email service. Incoming and outgoing email is processed by Microsoft on our behalf. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics cookies. If you switch language, a cookie remembers your choice, and it is used only to show the site in the right language. The colour theme is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us. Both can be deleted in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, and to request correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can also object to the processing and request data portability. Complaints about the processing of personal data can be sent to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
